To secure our services, the client must provide accurate information during the booking process. Once a booking request is submitted, the Service Provider will confirm availability. A 30% deposit is required to finalize the reservation, with the remaining balance due on the day of service.
3. Payment Terms
All payments should be made via the accepted payment methods listed during the booking process. The Service Provider reserves the right to change payment methods at any time. Invoices must be settled within 14 days of receipt.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled service without incurring a fee.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the service date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total service cost.
- No refunds will be given if the Service Provider cancels the booking.
5. Rescheduling
Clients wishing to reschedule must notify the Service Provider at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges depending on the new date and time.
6. Service Obligations
The Service Provider agrees to:
- Provide professional and timely moving services.
- Ensure all equipment and vehicles are in good working condition.
- Respect the client's property and belongings.
7. Client Obligations
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information regarding the volume and nature of items to be moved.
- Ensure access to the property is available at the agreed-upon time.
- Handle packaging of items unless packaging services are included in the booking.
8. Liability
The Service Provider is liable for any damage caused to the client's property during the move, provided that the damage is a result of the Service Provider's negligence. Liability is limited to the replacement value of the damaged items, with a maximum limit as stipulated in the insurance policy.
Insurance
All items transported are covered under standard insurance policies. Clients are encouraged to declare high-value items in advance to ensure adequate coverage.
9. Force Majeure
The Service Provider is not liable for any failure to perform obligations due to events beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or unforeseen emergencies.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Earls Court Man with Van reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email or through our official communication channels.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Earls Court Man with Van operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
